Meet B. Usha
Usha Basavaya is the founder of Usha Training Consultants, a Bangalore-based soft skills training practice working with corporates and growing businesses across India. Over the course of her career she has designed and delivered workshops for professionals at firms including KPMG, EY and PwC, helping teams communicate more clearly, resolve conflict productively and lead with greater confidence.
Her approach is practical rather than theoretical. Every program is built around real workplace situations, drawing on years of hands-on experience training professionals at every level, from new hires to senior leaders.
